What is an Articulated Unit and what are its applications?

Great for speed and efficiency! Our articulated pumps allow you to transfer products from pallet mounted drums without removing them from their pallets.

The Kecol Articulated Powerlift and Kecol Articulated Powerprime are floor-mounted, single-post pneumatic units designed to raise and lower a Kecol pump.

The Articulated Powerlift enables the pump to transfer products from pallet-mounted drums without removing the drums from the pallet, reducing manual handling issues. The Articulated Powerprime includes a follower plate that applies pressure to provide a positive prime, allowing viscous products to be pumped cold. Additionally, its wiper ring wipes the inner walls of the drum to maximize product removal. Both units feature an articulated arm for efficient drum handling and are available in stainless steel construction.
